National Healthcare Corp. (NYSE: NHC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.40 per share, or $1.6 annualized. This is a 17.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.34.

The dividend will be payable on September 1, 2015, to stockholders of record on June 30, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of June 26, 2015.
