Cogent Communication (NASDAQ: CCOI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.33 per share, or $1.32 annualized. This is a 3.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.32.

The dividend will be payable on June 12, 2015, to stockholders of record on May 22, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of May 20, 2015.
