American Water Works (AWK) Tops Q1 EPS by 3c, Maintains FY EPS Guidance

American Water Works (NYSE: AWK) reported Q1 EPS of $0.44, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.41. Revenue for the quarter came in at $698.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $712.1 million.

American Water Works still sees FY2015 EPS of $2.55-$2.65, versus the consensus of $2.60.
