ON Semiconductor (NASDAQ: ON) reported Q1 EPS of $0.20, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.18. Revenue for the quarter came in at $870.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $860.82 million.

ON Semiconductor sees Q2 2015 revenue of $876-916 million, versus the consensus of $896.3 million. Gross margin is expected to be at 34 to 36 percent.
