DUBLIN, Ohio, May 1, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Wendy's Company (NASDAQ: WEN) today announced the declaration of its regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.055 per share, payable on June 15, 2015, to shareholders of record as of June 1, 2015.
The approximate number of common shares outstanding as of April 30, 2015 was 363.2 million.
