Lazard Ltd. (LAZ) Raises Quarterly Dividend 16.7% to $0.35; 2.5% Yield

Lazard Ltd. (NYSE: LAZ) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.35 per share, or $1.4 annualized. This is a 16.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.30.

The dividend will be payable on May 15, 2015, to stockholders of record on May 4, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of April 30, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.5 percent.
