Oceaneering (OII) Tops Q1 EPS by 7c; Trims FY15 EPS Outlook

Oceaneering (NYSE: OII) reported Q1 EPS of $0.70, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.63. Revenue for the quarter came in at $786.77 million versus the consensus estimate of $791.6 million.

Oceaneering sees FY2015 EPS of $2.80-$3.20, versus prior guidance of $3.10-$3.50 and the consensus of $3.13.

Oceaneering sees Q2 2015 EPS of $0.64-$0.70, versus the consensus of $0.84.
