TE Connectivity (TEL) Misses Q2 EPS by 10c; Issues Weak FY15 Outlook

TE Connectivity (NYSE: TEL) reported Q2 EPS of $0.91, $0.10 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.01. Revenue for the quarter came in at $0 versus the consensus estimate of $3.6 billion.

TE Connectivity sees FY2015 EPS of $3.60 - $3.74, versus the consensus of $4.20. TE Connectivity sees FY2015 revenue of $12.35 - $12.65 billion, versus the consensus of $14.62 million. This outlook includes foreign exchange headwinds, reducing expected sales by $330 million and adjusted EPS by $0.13.

TE Connectivity sees Q3 2015 EPS of $0.85 - $0.89, versus the consensus of $1.09. TE Connectivity sees Q3 2015 revenue of $3.13 - $3.23 billion, versus the consensus of $3.74 billion.
