Comtech Telecommunications Corp. Declares $0.30 Per Share Quarterly Cash Dividend

MELVILLE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- March 11, 2015--Comtech Telecommunications Corp. (NASDAQ: CMTL) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per share, payable on May 21, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 22, 2015. The dividend is the Company’s nineteenth consecutive quarterly dividend. While future dividends will be subject to Board approval, the Board of Directors is currently targeting annual dividend payments aggregating $1.20 per share.
