Cogent Communication (CCOi) Raises Quarterly Dividend 3.2% to $0.32; 3.3% Yield

Cogent Communication (NASDAQ: CCOi) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.32 per share, or $1.28 annualized. This is a 3.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.31.

The dividend will be payable on March 26, 2015, to stockholders of record on March 11, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of March 9, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.3 percent.
