CVR Refining (CVRR) Declares $0.37 Quarterly Dividend; 7.5% Yield

CVR Refining (NYSE: CVRR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.37 per share, or $1.48 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on March 9, 2015, to stockholders of record on March 2, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of February 26, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 7.5 percent.
