Synopsys (SNPS) Tops Q1 EPS by 18c

Synopsys (NASDAQ: SNPS) reported Q1 EPS of $0.80, $0.18 better than the analyst estimate of $0.62. Revenue for the quarter came in at $542 million versus the consensus estimate of $541.84 million.

Synopsys sees Q1 2015 EPS of $0.62-$0.64, versus the consensus of $0.65. Synopsys sees Q1 2015 revenue of $543-553 million, versus the consensus of $544.3 million.

Synopsys sees FY2015 EPS of $2.75-$2.80, versus the consensus of $2.72. Synopsys sees FY2015 revenue of $2.195-2.235 billion, versus the consensus of $2.21 billion.
