National Health Investors (NHI) Raises Quarterly Dividend 10.4% to $0.85; 4.7% Yield

National Health Investors (NYSE: NHI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.85 per share, or $3.4 annualized. This is a 10.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.77.

The dividend will be payable on May 8, 2015, to stockholders of record on March 31, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of March 27, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.7 percent.
