Shutterstock (SSTK) Tops Q4 EPS by 3c; Issues Solid Sales Outlook

Shutterstock (NYSE: SSTK) reported Q4 EPS of $0.35, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.32. Revenue for the quarter came in at $91.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $91.4 million.
Shutterstock sees Q1 2015 revenue of $94-96 million, versus the consensus of $96.7 million.
Shutterstock sees FY2015 revenue of $436-444 million, versus the consensus of $433.95 million.
"We had an outstanding year in 2014. We continue to be a market leader, with strong revenue growth, solid profitability and the largest collection of its kind," said Founder and CEO Jon Oringer. "We believe we enter 2015 well-positioned for another outstanding year building on a solid foundation, including our recent music and editorial acquisitions that expand our market opportunity."
