Owens Corning (OC) Raises Quarterly Dividend 6.3% to $0.17; 1.7% Yield

Owens Corning (NYSE: OC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.17 per share, or $0.68 annualized. This is a 6.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.16.

The dividend will be payable on April 2, 2015, to stockholders of record on March 13, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of March 11, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.7 percent.
