Owens-Illinois (OI) Reports In-Line Q4 EPS

Owens-Illinois (NYSE: OI) reported Q4 EPS of $0.46, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.46. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.6 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.65 billion.

Sees FY15 adjusted EPS of $2.20 - $2.60, versus the consensus of $2.61.

The Board of Directors authorized $500 million in share repurchases through 2017. The Company expects to repurchase at least $125 million in shares in 2015.
