RockTenn (RKT) Declares $0.1875 Quarterly Dividend; Adds MeadWestvaco-Related Dividend

RockTenn (NYSE: RKT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.1875 per share, or $0.75 annualized. The company also declared a dividend of $0.320525 per share on its Class A Common Stock, which equalizes the absolute dividend between RockTenn and MeadWestvaco Corporation as outlined in the Business Combination Agreement.

The dividend will be payable on February 23, 2015, to stockholders of record on February 10, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of February 6, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.2 percent.
