Graham (GHM) Raises Quarterly Dividend 100% to $0.08; 1.4% Yield

Graham (NYSE: GHM) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share, or $0.32 annualized. This is a 100% increase from the prior dividend of $0.04.

The dividend will be payable on March 4, 2015, to stockholders of record on February 18, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of February 13, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.4 percent.
