Stanley Black & Decker (SWK) Tops Q4 EPS by 4c

Stanley Black & Decker (NYSE: SWK) reported Q4 EPS of $1.56, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $1.52. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.98 billion.

Stanley Black & Decker sees FY2015 EPS of $5.90-$6.10, versus the consensus of $6.06.
