Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH) Raises Quarterly Dividend 18.2% to $0.13; Boosts Buyback to $180M

Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.13 per share, or $0.52 annualized. This is an 18.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.11. The dividend will be payable on February 27, 2015, to stockholders of record on February 10, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of February 6, 2015. The annual yield on the dividend is 1.8 percent.
The Company also approved an increase to its share repurchase authorization from $30 million to $180 million.
