Global Payments (NYSE: GPN) reported Q2 EPS of $1.27, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $1.20. Revenue for the quarter came in at $697.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $692.37 million.
Global Payments sees FY2015 EPS of $4.78-$4.83, versus the consensus of $4.73. Global Payments sees FY2015 revenue of $2.75-2.8 billion, versus the consensus of $2.78 billion.
Global Payments’ Board of Directors approved a fiscal 2015 second quarter dividend of $0.02 per share payable February 27, 2015 to shareholders of record as of February 13, 2015 and also approved an increase to the existing authorization for the company’s share repurchase program, raising the total available authorization to $300 million.
