Workhorse Group amends credit agreements, shifts $10M between facilities

Workhorse Group Inc. (NASDAQ: WKHS) entered into an Omnibus Amendment No. 2 to its Credit Agreements on June 16, 2026, modifying the terms of two existing credit facilities with lender Motive GM Holdings II LLC.

The amendment increases the commitment under the Cash Flow Credit Agreement from $20 million to $30 million, while reducing the commitment under the Customer Order Credit Agreement from $30 million to $20 million. Interest payments on the additional $10 million under the Cash Flow Credit Agreement will be deferred until the first interest payment date after September 30, 2026.

As consideration for the amendments, Workhorse is obligated

Workhorse Group Inc. (NASDAQ: WKHS) reported first quarter 2026 revenue of $4.3 million, compared to $1.1 million in the same period last year, according to a company statement. The electric truck manufacturer delivered 21 vehicles during the quarter, up from 5 vehicles in Q1 2025.

The company posted a net loss of $19.9 million, or $1.99 per share, compared to a net loss of $12.7 million, or $1.36 per share, in the prior year quarter. Operating loss widened to $21.1 million from $9.1 million in Q1 2025.

Workhorse partners with InCharge Energy for customer support expansion

Workhorse Group Inc. (NASDAQ: WKHS) announced a partnership with InCharge Energy to provide integrated customer support services across North America. The program will launch in the fourth quarter of 2026.
The partnership will create a support system that operates under the Workhorse brand while InCharge Energy provides staffing, operational infrastructure and technology.
