Following the recommendations made by the Board of Directors of SES, the shareholders have voted in favor of all resolutions. SES announced a share buyback transaction through the acquisition of fiduciary depositary receipts to fulfill obligations under its employee compensation plan. The Luxembourg-based satellite company may acquire up to 2,967,519 FDRs at market price for a total amount not exceeding EUR 31,158,949.50.

The buyback operates under Article 430-15(3) of Luxembourg commercial law and will not count toward the 10% limit authorized at the company's April 2, 2026 annual general meeting. SES trades on the Paris and Luxembourg stock exchanges under ticker SESG.

SES announced a share buyback transaction to acquire up to 2,967,519 fiduciary depositary receipts (FDRs) for a maximum aggregate amount of EUR 31,158,949.50. The satellite operator will repurchase the FDRs at market price to meet obligations under its employee incentive compensation plan.

The Luxembourg-based company stated the buyback is conducted under Article 430-15(3) of Luxembourg commercial law and will not count toward the 10% limit authorized at its April 2, 2026 annual shareholder meeting. The FDRs carry the ISIN identifier LU0088087324.
