Salem Media Group (OTCQX: SALM) announced two leadership promotions effective October 1, 2026, naming Linnae Young as President of Broadcast Media and promoting Jeff Reisman to Executive Vice President of Operations.

Young, who has been with Salem for more than 30 years, will retain her current role as Chief Revenue Officer while taking on oversight of the company's broadcast operations. Salem Media Group Inc. (OTCQX: SALM) announced that Allen Power, President of Broadcast Media, will retire on September 30, 2026, after 50 years in broadcasting. Power will continue serving the company as a Senior Advisor following his retirement.

The announcement coincides with the 50th anniversary of Power's entry into broadcasting on June 15, 1976. Power joined Salem in 2000 as General Manager in Atlanta and progressed through various roles including Regional Vice President and Senior Vice President before being named President of Broadcast Media in 2023.
