Rumble rebrands as RUM Group, renames cloud unit Quake AI

Rumble (NASDAQ: RUM) announced it is renaming its corporate parent RUM Group Inc. and reorganizing into two business units following the completion of its acquisition of Northern Data AG, according to a company statement.

Effective June 18, 2026, the publicly traded company operates under two divisions: Rumble, its video and media platform, and Quake AI, the cloud and AI-infrastructure unit that incorporates the formerly named Rumble Cloud and the acquired Northern Data assets.

Quake AI includes approximately 22,000 Nvidia H100/H200 GPUs across nine data centers, up to roughly 250 megawatts of energized and contracted data-center capacity, and CPU-based compute and storage infrastructure

Rumble (NASDAQ: RUM) announced the closing of its acquisition of Northern Data AG, a provider of AI and high-performance computing infrastructure, giving Rumble approximately 85.2% of Northern Data's outstanding shares.

Following the deal's close, Rumble introduced a new holding company structure under the name RUM Group Inc. (NASDAQ: RUM), effective June 18, 2026. The company's cloud computing and AI assets from Northern Data and Rumble Cloud have been combined into a new business unit called Quake AI.

Northern Data raised its full-year 2026 revenue outlook to between €170 million and €190 million, up from a prior range of €130 million to €150
