Suncrete Inc. (NASDAQ: RMIX) announced it will dual list its common stock on Nasdaq Texas, a new dual listing venue based in Dallas designed for companies with strong Texas connections.

The ready-mix concrete company, which operates across Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana and Texas, will maintain its primary listing on the Nasdaq Stock Market while adding the dual listing with the same "RMIX" ticker symbol. Trading on Nasdaq Texas is expected to begin May 27, 2026.
