Roadzen Inc. (Nasdaq: RDZN) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, National Automobile Club (NAC), has signed a contract valued at approximately $1.2 million in annual revenue with a U.S. provider of digital assistance, mass insurance, and extended warranty programs.

Under the agreement, NAC will serve as the exclusive roadside assistance provider embedded within the client's consumer mobile application, which has a user base of more than 500,000 people. The deployment will run on StrandD, Roadzen's AI roadside orchestration platform, which manages the service process from incident reporting and provider matching to GPS tracking and job closure.

Roadzen Inc. (NASDAQ: RDZN) announced that VehicleCare, its India-based workshop management and claims platform, has secured a mandate with one of India's top 10 general insurers to manage motor claims repair execution across a nationwide network, according to a press release dated June 16, 2026.

The mandate is expected to generate more than $10 million in annual revenue as claims volumes increase. Combined with a previously announced mandate of comparable size, the two contracts are projected to contribute more than $20 million in combined annual revenue.
