Unusual Machines invests $30M in drone maker Powerus to expand U.S. supply chain

Unusual Machines, Inc. (NYSE American: UMAC) has made a $30 million strategic equity investment in Autonomous Power Corporation, doing business as Powerus, the companies announced June 16, 2026.

The investment builds on an existing supply relationship in which Powerus sources drone components and hardware from Unusual Machines. Powerus builds autonomous and counter-drone systems, and Unusual Machines manufactures National Defense Authorization Act-compliant drone components.

Powerus is under no obligation to purchase any specific volume of parts from Unusual Machines, and the two companies operate independently, according to the press release.
