   <description>&lt;p&gt;Orange, Bouygues Telecom and the Free-Iliad Group signed a memorandum of understanding to acquire SFR from Altice France for €20.35 billion, according to a press release statement.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The consortium will split SFR's assets among the three operators. Bouygues Telecom will receive approximately 42% of the price allocation, taking SFR Business activities and 5.9 million B2C customers. The Free-Iliad Group will pay around 31% for the RED by SFR customer base of 6.0 million customers and additional SFR activities. Orange will contribute 27% to acquire 4.9 million customers including SFR's Régio, Syma and Coriolis mobile virtual network operators.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The transaction includes potential adjustments</description>
