Nisun International changes name to AIOS Tech Inc, ticker to AIOS

Nisun International Enterprise Development Group Co., Ltd (NASDAQ: NISN) will change its name to AIOS Tech Inc. and begin trading under the ticker symbol AIOS on February 12, 2026, according to a company statement.

The Class A common shares will trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the new identity. Current shareholders need not take any action in connection with the name and ticker symbol changes, and the company's CUSIP number will remain unchanged.

Historical trading data prior to February 12, 2026 may temporarily appear under the former name "Nisun International Enterprise Development Group Co., Ltd" or ticker "NISN" on some third-party

SHANGHAI, Feb. 10, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Nisun International Enterprise Development Group Co., Ltd (the “Company”) (NASDAQ: NISN), today announced that at the opening of trading on February 12, 2026, the Class A common shares of the Company will begin trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the new name “AIOS Tech Inc.” and new ticker symbol “AIOS.”

In connection with the name change and ticker symbol change, no action is required from the Company’s current shareholders, and the Company’s CUSIP number will remain the same.

Nisun International Enterprise Development Group Co., Ltd (NASDAQ: NISN) announced it will change its corporate name to AIOS Tech Inc. and its ticker symbol from NISN to AIOS, according to a company statement.
