Cantor Fitzgerald analyst Richard Anderson reiterated an Overweight rating and $30.00 price target on Janus Living (NASDAQ: JAN).

The analyst commented, "We are updating our JAN to include the recent secondary offering of ~$700mm, which assumes the full overallotment is exercised. As a result of the changes below, we are increasing our 2026 and 2027 FFO estimates (as defined by NAREIT) by $0.05 and $0.06 per share, respectively, to $0.93 and $1.16. The company continues to describe its acquisition pipeline as very full and active, with the proceeds from this offering expected to be deployed by year-end. Our model assumes this,

KeyBanc analyst Austin Wurschmidt raised the price target on Janus Living (NASDAQ: JAN) to $29.00 (from $28.00) while maintaining an Overweight rating.

Janus Living prices public offering at $25 per share

Janus Living Inc. (NYSE: JAN) announced the pricing of its public offering of 25 million shares of Class A-1 common stock at $25 per share. The senior housing real estate investment trust granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 3.75 million shares at the same price, less underwriting discounts.

The offering is expected to close on June 4, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. Janus Living plans to use net proceeds for acquisition and investment opportunities that meet its investment criteria and general corporate purposes.
