InterCure completes first phase of Botanico acquisition

InterCure Ltd. (NASDAQ: INCR) (TASE: INCR) completed the first tranche of its acquisition of Botanico Ltd., an Israeli cannabis technology company, according to a company statement. The transaction involves issuing 2,471,061 ordinary shares, with an additional 2,470,073 shares to be issued upon meeting specified conditions.

The acquisition provides InterCure access to cannabis genetics, production technologies and brand partnerships with U.S. operators including The Flowery. Botanico operates under the brand ISHI and offers AI-driven cultivation technologies and automated production systems.
