Doncasters seeks to raise up to $747M in U.S. IPO

Investing.com -- DPC Holdings Limited, which operates as Doncasters, plans to raise up to $747 million through a U.S. initial public offering, the aerospace parts manufacturer said Monday.

The company filed to offer 33,333,333 shares on the New York Stock Exchange at a price range of $28 to $32 per share. Doncasters intends to list under the ticker "DPC." At the top of the proposed price range, Doncasters would be valued at over $3.7 billion.

DPC Holdings Limited filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its ordinary shares, the company announced. The number of shares and price range have not been determined.

The company, which operates under the name Doncasters, plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "DPC" (NYSE: DPC).
