Citizens analyst Reni Benjamin reiterated a Market Outperform rating and $10.00 price target on Compass Therapeutics (NASDAQ: CMPX).

The analyst commented, "We reiterate our Market Outperform and a $10 price target for Compass Therapeutics based on discounted EPS/revenue multiple analyses. Recently at ASCO, Compass presented clinical data from CTX-8371 (PD-1 x PD-L1 bsAb) demonstrating early activity in heavily pretreated post-IO NSCLC, TNBC, and classical HL. The bispecific showed a surprisingly clean safety/toxicity profile, with early signals suggesting a better profile compared to PD-(L)1 mAbs.

Stifel analyst Stephen Willey reiterated a Buy rating and $6.00 price target on Compass Therapeutics (NASDAQ: CMPX).

The analyst commented, " We believe the presentation of P1 singleagent CTX-8371 (PD-1xPD-L1 bispecific) dose-escalation data at this weekend’s ASCO meeting was minimally incremental given the recent publication of ASCO abstracts and prior qualitative management commentary re: safety/efficacy. We believe the durability of those responses observed to date in a heavily pretreated/IO-experienced patient population are impressive and believe granular safety/ tolerability data highlighting an absence of immune-mediated TRAEs highlights the unique mechanism of action anchoring CTX-8371 to the tumor microenvironment (vs. systemic inhibition within

Compass Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ: CMPX) announced it will present phase 1 clinical data for CTX-8371 at the 2026 American Society of Clinical Oncology Annual Meeting in Chicago from May 29 to June 2.

The study evaluated CTX-8371, a dual checkpoint blocker targeting PD-1 and PD-L1, in 15 patients with advanced malignancies who had previously received immune checkpoint inhibitor treatment. Three patients achieved responses: one with triple-negative breast cancer showed greater than 90% reduction in target tumor lesions, one with Hodgkin lymphoma achieved a partial metabolic response, and one with non-small cell lung cancer achieved complete resolution of target lesions.
