VANCOUVER, British Columbia, June 17, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AVRICORE HEALTH INC. (TSXV: AVCR) (the “Company” or “Avricore”) announces that, further to its news release dated May 20, 2026, the Company has closed its non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of $1,254,000 by issuing 25,080,000 Units at $0.05 per Unit on June 16, 2026.

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, May 20, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AVRICORE HEALTH INC. (TSXV: AVCR) (the "Company" or “Avricore”) announces a non-brokered private placement of up to 25,000,000 units ("Units") at a price of $0.05 per unit for gross proceeds of $1,250,000.
