Team, Inc. names Clinton Roeder as CFO as Nelson Haight retires
Team, Inc. (NYSE: TISI) announced that Clinton Roeder will join the company as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer effective June 22, 2026, succeeding Nelson Haight, who is retiring after more than four years in the role.
Haight will remain with the Sugar Land, Texas-based company for a transition period as a Special Advisor to the CEO. "We are grateful to Nelson for his many contributions to TEAM over the past four years. His leadership enhanced the Company's liquidity and financial position during a critical period of improvement for TEAM," said Gary Hill, Team's Chief Executive Officer.
Roeder brings over 30 years of financial and operational experience across the industrial, energy, and aviation sectors. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President and CFO of PrimeFlight Aviation Services from 2020 to 2026, and as President of a portion of its international operations beginning in 2022. From 2017 to 2020, he served as CFO of Nine Energy Services, Inc., an oilfield services company he helped take public in 2018. From 2013 to 2017, he was CFO of Total Safety, a global industrial safety services provider. He began his career at Ernst & Young.
Team, Inc. is a provider of specialty industrial services, including inspection, heat-treating, and mechanical services, operating across 13 countries.
