June 18, 2026 3:22 PM

Bayer's Crop Science division has appointed Kacy Perry as Country Division Head for Crop Science Canada, effective July 1, according to a company statement.

Perry will oversee more than 550 employees across multiple Canadian sites and will serve on Bayer's North American Leadership Team for Crop Science. She currently holds the role of North America Soybean Business Lead within the same division.

Perry has spent her entire career at Bayer, holding roles in marketing, product management, and sales, including leading the U.S. corn portfolio. She also served as Brand Strategy Lead, where she guided the Channel Seed Professional Strategy in the U.S. business.

"I am excited to build on the momentum already underway and further strengthen our impact with Canadian farmers," Perry said. "I look forward to working with the team to advance sustainable products and farming solutions that help growers succeed and drive profitable outcomes."

Perry replaces Antoine Bernet, who is returning to France. Bernet held the Country Division Head role and was credited with launching Bayer's Dynamic Shared Ownership model in Canada during his tenure of more than 20 years with the company.
