Co-Diagnostics, Inc. (Nasdaq: CODX) hosted a delegation from CoMira Diagnostics, its joint venture with partners in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, at the company's Salt Lake City headquarters on June 17, 2026, ahead of a planned technology transfer.

The visit included a tour of Co-Diagnostics' facilities and an unveiling of a future automated PCR test kit manufacturing line. Utah state officials, trade representatives, and community leaders also attended the event.

CoMira is structured to bring Co-Diagnostics' molecular diagnostics platform and manufacturing capabilities to Saudi Arabia. The planned technology transfer is intended to support diagnostic test production for Saudi Arabia and 18 other Middle Eastern and Northern African countries, according to the company's press release.

Dwight Egan, CEO of Co-Diagnostics, said the partnership with CoMira reflects the company's approach to expanding diagnostics access through international collaboration. Ihssan Rjoob, CEO of CoMira Diagnostics, said the visit gave his team a direct look at the manufacturing infrastructure expected to underpin CoMira's future operations in Saudi Arabia.

The Co-Diagnostics PCR platform includes artificial intelligence and cloud-connected outbreak surveillance capabilities. The company noted that these features are expected to be part of the CoMira partnership. The platform, including the PCR Home and PCR Pro products, remains subject to FDA and other regulatory review and is not currently available for sale.
