Knight Therapeutics repays $60M credit facility used for Paladin deal

June 17, 2026 5:30 PM

Knight Therapeutics Inc. (TSX: GUD) announced it has repaid all amounts outstanding under its revolving credit facility with National Bank of Canada and a syndicate of lenders, according to a press release.

The company drew $60 million from the facility in June 2025 to fund the acquisition of Paladin. The repayment was completed within one year of that withdrawal.

The revolving credit facility carries a borrowing capacity of up to US$100 million, with an additional US$100 million accordion feature subject to certain conditions, bringing total potential capacity to US$200 million.

Chief Financial Officer Arvind Utchanah said the repayment "was funded by the strong cash flow generated by our business in Canada and Latin America."

Knight Therapeutics is a Montreal-based pharmaceutical company focused on acquiring, in-licensing, and commercializing pharmaceutical products in Canada and Latin America. Its Latin American subsidiaries operate under the United Medical, Biotoscana Farma, and Laboratorio LKM brands.
