IQM to hold capital markets day ahead of planned Nasdaq listing
IQM Quantum Computers Oy held its inaugural Capital Markets Day on June 15, 2026, at the Nasdaq MarketSite in New York City, presenting its financial highlights, business strategy, technology roadmap, and commercial progress to investors and analysts.
The event was co-hosted with Real Asset Acquisition Corp. (Nasdaq: RAAQ), a special purpose acquisition company. IQM and RAAQ have entered into a definitive business combination agreement that, upon closing, is expected to result in IQM listing its American Depositary Shares on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol "IQMX." The transaction is expected to close in mid-2026, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals. A potential dual listing on the Helsinki Stock Exchange is also under consideration.
During the event, IQM management stated the company has sold 23 quantum computers to date, a figure it claims exceeds that of any other manufacturer. Leadership also hosted a panel discussion featuring representatives from Nvidia, Amazon Web Services, and Cambium Ventures, a quantum-focused venture capital firm.
The Capital Markets Day presentation is available on IQM's investor relations website. A final edited webcast is expected to be posted in the coming days.
Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Finland, IQM employs more than 400 people and operates across Europe, Asia, and North America. The company provides superconducting quantum computers to research institutions, universities, high-performance computing centers, and national laboratories. Investors seeking exposure to IQM ahead of the business combination closing may do so by purchasing shares of RAAQ on Nasdaq.
