BranchOut Food to launch five products at major U.S. mass retailer
BranchOut Food Inc. (NASDAQ: BOF) announced plans to launch five branded snack products at an unnamed major U.S. mass retailer beginning in September, according to a company press release.
The product lineup includes two existing items — Crunchy Pineapple Chips and Crunchy Mango Chips — along with three new products: BBQ Sweet Potato Sticks, Apple Cheddar Crunch, and Veggie Cheddar Crunch. The new products combine the company's fruit and vegetable offerings with its recently introduced cheese platform.
The initial rollout is expected to cover a subset of the retailer's approximately 2,000 locations. The company said final store counts and revenue expectations have not yet been determined, and no specific revenue guidance for the program has been provided.
Eric Healy, Chief Executive Officer of BranchOut Food, said the launch "represents the next evolution of our innovation platform" and described the retailer as aligning closely with the company's target demographic.
BranchOut Food uses its proprietary GentleDry technology, which the company claims preserves up to 95% of the original nutrition of fresh produce. The technology is protected by over 17 patents, according to the company.
