Wendel names Cyril Marie to Executive Board, asset management role
Wendel has appointed Cyril Marie as a member of its Executive Board and Executive Vice-President in charge of Asset Management, effective July 1, 2026. The decision was made at a Supervisory Board meeting held June 16, 2026.
Marie, 52, joins Executive Board Chairman Laurent Mignon and Group Deputy CEO David Darmon. He began his career as a financial analyst before joining BPCE Group.
Laurent Mignon said in a statement: "His appointment to the Executive Board demonstrates that this business is now a driver of growth and value creation for Wendel, alongside its long-standing principal investments business."
