AMC Global Media Inc. (NASDAQ: AMCX) has appointed Hozefa Lokhandwala as Chief Financial Officer, effective June 16, 2026. He will be based in New York and report to CEO Kristin Dolan.

Earlier in his career, Lokhandwala was a Managing Director in the Media Investment Banking Group at J.P. Morgan, where he served as Head of Content & Entertainment Investment Banking. In that role, he advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and corporate finance across media, entertainment, gaming, music, and digital media. He previously worked in investment banking at Bear Stearns and in the Business & Finance group at Morgan Lewis.
Lokhandwala holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, a JD from Brooklyn Law School, and a BA from Oberlin College. He also serves on the Board of Trustees for Oberlin College, including as Chair of the Risk Management & Audit Committee.
Lokhandwala succeeds Patrick O'Connell, who stepped down in March following a planned departure that was announced in January.
