Volato receives multiple acquisition letters as Vaunt revenue hits $4 million
Volato Group Inc. (NYSE American: SOAR) announced it is evaluating multiple unsolicited letters of intent for potential strategic transactions in AI infrastructure and related sectors. The company reported that its Vaunt platform reached approximately $4.0 million in annual recurring revenue as of May 2026, representing 221% year-over-year growth.
The aviation technology company has not entered into definitive agreements regarding the letters of intent, and no assurance exists that discussions will result in completed transactions. Volato recently secured a $2.2 million strategic investment and continues to assess opportunities across AI infrastructure, data infrastructure, compute, power generation and related sectors.
"We are seeing real interest in Volato at a time when demand for AI infrastructure is moving very quickly," said Matt Liotta, Chief Executive Officer. "Our job now is to separate what is interesting from what is executable."
The company's strategic review focuses on opportunities that can build on existing technology platforms while expanding exposure to larger markets driven by AI infrastructure demand. Volato continues developing Parslee, its AI-powered workflow platform designed to help organizations process complex documents within Microsoft 365 environments.
Vaunt's growth reflects increasing member demand, expanding operator participation and growing marketplace activity. The milestone represents continued acceleration from the platform's previously announced $3.6 million ARR as of April 30, 2026. Recent operator network expansion includes Flyte's participation in the Vaunt platform.
Management is evaluating potential opportunities based on strategic fit, capital requirements, execution risk, shareholder value potential and the company's ability to participate in scalable technology and infrastructure markets, according to the press release statement.
