AMN Healthcare Services announced the appointment of Kristy Willis as Chief Commercial Officer and Holly Novak as Chief People Officer, both effective June 15.

Willis will oversee a newly integrated commercial function that combines sales, client accounts, marketing and supplier partnerships. She previously served as President of PeopleReady, a $1.5 billion workforce solutions business within the TrueBlue portfolio.

Novak will lead the company's human resources function and people strategy. She brings more than 20 years of experience and most recently served as Chief People Officer at Jack Henry, a financial technology company.

Willis will focus on client growth and market execution, while Novak will advance the company's people strategy during a period of growth and innovation. The appointments reflect what the company describes as coordinated investment in capabilities that drive market growth and organizational culture.
