Bitmine reports ETH holdings of 5.62 million tokens worth $10.4 billion
Bitmine Immersion Technologies Inc. (NYSE: BMNR) announced its cryptocurrency and cash holdings totaled $10.4 billion as of June 14, 2026. The company holds 5.62 million Ethereum (ETH) tokens, representing 4.66% of the total ETH supply of 120.7 million tokens.
The company's holdings include 5,620,754 ETH valued at $1,718 per token, 204 Bitcoin, $180 million in Beast Industries, $88 million in Eightco Holdings (NASDAQ: ORBS), and $502 million in cash and marketable securities. Bitmine has 4.72 million ETH staked, generating projected annual staking revenues of $226 million.
On June 10, Bitmine completed an offering of 3.5 million shares of 9.50% Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock at $80 per share, receiving net proceeds of approximately $273.8 million. The preferred shares will begin trading on the NYSE under symbol BMNP starting June 16, 2026, with weekly dividend payments.
The company declared a third weekly cash dividend of $0.2639 per share on the Series A Preferred Stock, payable July 6, 2026 to shareholders of record as of June 26, 2026.
Bitmine was named to Fortune's Crypto 100 list for 2026. The company launched MAVAN (Made in America Validator Network), an institutional-grade staking platform originally developed for its own Ethereum treasury operations.
According to the announcement, Bitmine ranks as the 203rd most traded stock in the US with $550 million average daily trading volume over five days. The company acquired 76,881 ETH over the past week, according to statements from Chairman Thomas Lee.
