Amcor names Ryan Yost and Kate Pearlman to senior leadership roles
Amcor (NYSE: AMCR, ASX: AMC) appointed Ryan Yost as Division President, Global Flexible Packaging Solutions, and Kate Pearlman as Senior Vice President, Investor Relations & Treasury, according to a company statement.
Yost brings 25 years of leadership experience from Avery Dennison, where he most recently served as President of the company's $6 billion Materials Group. He previously held senior positions across commercial, operations, supply chain and material science functions. At Amcor, Yost will oversee the Global Flexible Packaging Solutions platform, which serves healthcare, protein, pet food, liquids, beauty and personal care, and food service markets. He will be based in the United States.
Pearlman joins from Lowe's, where she served as Vice President, Investor Relations and Treasurer. She has more than 20 years of experience in investor relations, global treasury and risk management at Fortune 200 companies. In her new role, she will lead Amcor's global investor relations function and treasury operations, reporting to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Stephen Scherger. She will also be based in the United States.
"Ryan and Kate are exceptional leaders with proven track records of driving growth, building high-performing teams and translating strategy into results across large, global organizations," said Peter Konieczny, Amcor Chief Executive Officer.
Yost replaces Fred Stephan, who is retiring, while Pearlman succeeds Tracey Whitehead, who chose to remain in Australia to pursue opportunities there. Both outgoing executives will serve as advisors through December 31, 2026, to ensure transition continuity.
Amcor operates over 400 locations in more than 40 countries and generates $23 billion in annualized sales with over 75,000 employees.
