Similarweb secures $47 million in multi-year enterprise contracts
Similarweb Ltd. (NYSE: SMWB) announced it has signed two multi-year enterprise contracts worth approximately $47 million in total contract value, to be recognized over three years. The digital data and analytics company signed the agreements during the second quarter of 2026.
Each contract represents seven-figure annual recurring revenue commitments. The deals helped push Similarweb's total annual recurring revenue above $300 million, according to a company statement.
The customers include AI-driven companies and large global enterprises that use Similarweb's data for strategic decision-making, market intelligence, and AI initiatives. The contracts are separate from large deals that were deferred from the fourth quarter of 2025.
"These contracts are a direct reflection of the powerful demand trends we are seeing across our business," said Or Offer, co-founder and CEO of Similarweb. "Leading AI-driven companies continue to invest in our high-quality digital data to power their models and large enterprises are increasingly recognizing the strategic value our data can generate."
The company said the contracts support confidence in its full-year 2026 guidance, which was provided with first quarter 2026 financial results on May 13, 2026. Similarweb plans to provide an updated outlook when it reports second quarter 2026 results, expected in mid-August 2026.
Similarweb provides web and app data, analytics, and insights to help businesses make strategic decisions. The Tel Aviv-based company's products are used by enterprises to identify market opportunities, analyze competitive threats, and optimize customer acquisition strategies.
