Guaranteed Rate Affinity announced the appointment of Charity Moreland as Vice President of its National Builder Division, according to a company press release.

Moreland brings more than 20 years of mortgage industry experience to the role, including expertise in the builder market since 2008. She previously held senior leadership positions at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Homeowners Financial Group, and Wintrust Mortgage.

In her new position, Moreland will work to bring structure and consistency to the company's builder strategy. Her responsibilities include partnering across the business to provide loan officers with understanding of builder market opportunities and available resources.

"The depth of its product offerings, operational support, and long-term investment in builder partnerships creates a platform that truly sets the company apart."

Moreland will collaborate with the company's reverse mortgage and renovation loan teams to connect loan officers with additional education and product knowledge for builder relationships.

Guaranteed Rate Affinity is a joint venture between Guaranteed Rate, Inc. and Anywhere Integrated Services, LLC. The company has funded over $100 billion in loans since its inception and provides mortgage lending services to real estate brokerages and relocation companies.
