Rubrik launches agent monitoring tools for Anthropic's Claude AI models

June 11, 2026 7:38 AM

Rubrik Inc. (NYSE: RBRK) announced the launch of Rubrik Agent Cloud for Anthropic's Claude Code and Claude Cowork AI agents. The cybersecurity company's new service provides monitoring and control capabilities for organizations deploying Claude-powered agents at scale.

The service includes what Rubrik describes as an "agent rewind" feature designed to reverse unintended actions by AI agents, along with backup and recovery capabilities for agent configurations. The tool addresses concerns about AI agents writing, pushing, and deploying code autonomously without human oversight.

"Organizations are adopting Claude faster than any agentic technology we have seen, and every security leader asks the same question: how do we stay in control when an agent can act?" said Anneka Gupta, Chief Product Officer at Rubrik.

Rubrik also introduced Autonomous Business Recovery for Cloud Applications, which the company positions as a cyber resilience solution for recovering cloud applications. The system uses what Rubrik calls its Preemptive Recovery Engine to discover applications and their dependencies during normal operations, creating recovery plans before incidents occur.

According to Rubrik Zero Labs research, 88% of organizational leaders expressed concern about meeting current recovery time objectives as AI-powered threats increase. The research indicates that traditional backup tools restore individual resources rather than the complex dependencies of modern applications.

The Autonomous Business Recovery system automatically maps application stacks and orchestrates recovery sequences from validated clean points. During cyber incidents, the system aims to restore what Rubrik terms an organization's "Minimum Viable Business," including compute resources, data, networking, identity management, and configurations.
